Older Adult Fitness

Body-Flex is determined to help seniors remain independent as long as possible. Your strength and sense of balance will be renewed through consistent, safe workouts.

ABOUT COACH COOPER

Jay Cooper has over four decades of experience in the strength training field. He is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and obtained his Bachelor’s degree from University Houston at Clear Lake. Prior to focusing on personal fitness, he was a high school football and strength coach for 12 years in the Houston area.
