ABOUT JC BODY-FLEX

Jay Cooper’s Body-Flex is not your typical personal training experience. Body-Flex is a specialty training studio where each individual training session is customized to meet your fitness goals with private, one on one 60 minute workouts.

No treadmill, no excessive cardio – Body-Flex focuses on strength, consistency and longevity. As you age, your body requires different methods of exercise to maintain muscle elasticity and flexibility. Each body type is different and our needs change over time. This is a long-term training solution to build your best overall body composition.

Initial Consultation

Coach Jay will give you an initial consultation and scientific detailed assessment prior to beginning your training. Your unique training sessions will be created in advance of each workout in order for you to meet your level of fitness goals.

Custom Built Exercise Machines

The studio is housed with multiple exercise machines that are custom built by Coach Jay to incorporate all body type needs with injuries or physically challenged individuals.

ABOUT COACH COOPER

Certified Personal Trainer

Jay Cooper has over four decades of experience in the strength training field. He is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and obtained his Bachelor’s degree from University Houston at Clear Lake. Prior to focusing on personal fitness, he was a high school football and strength coach for 12 years in the Houston area. In 2012, he began personal training full time in Clear Lake.

He has competed in collegiate bodybuilding, works on restoration projects of older homes, and appreciates woodworking of all types. He is currently focused on design and fabrication of custom strength equipment with U.S. Patents issued and pending.

When Jay is not tossing iron with his clients, he is enjoying quality time with his family. He is a proud father of two beautiful girls, Bridget and Lesley, as well as a becoming a recent grandfather to a precious little girl, Amelia.
