Slide Board

The customized Slide Board is not only a fun exercise, but it will build strength and improve your balance. Slide booties fit easily over shoes and the movement back and forth replicates a skaters slide. By creating a skating movement, it increases inner and outer thigh strength. Since this movement requires constant balance adaptability, it will generate control, balance, muscle strength, and overall maneuverability.
